He implemented standard systems and procedures at the Noodles Manufacturing location, which helped to improve efficiency and quality. He also identified cost optimization opportunities in the case of laminates, which resulted in a reduction in bag length for each individual packet. This helped to save the company money without sacrificing quality.
Vishal has a strong academic background in food technology and management. He received his B.Tech. in Food Technology and Management from NIFTEM Kundli, Sonipat, where he achieved a CGPA of 8.28/10.

Vishal has received several scholarships and certificates for his academic achievements and professional accomplishments. He was awarded a scholarship from NIFTEM in his 5th semester, and he successfully completed the Training in Manufacturing (Level 2)- Food Safety Supervisor program conducted by FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification) GFC Training Centre, New Delhi.

Vishal is fluent in Hindi and English. He also has basic knowledge of SPSS, SAP- production, HACCP quality software protocol and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Project and Visio.

Vishal is passionate about food and technology. He is also interested in volunteering and learning new things. He has volunteered as a Delegate in World Food India-2017 and as a Student Volunteer for Village Adoption Programme. He has also attended workshops on Digitization in Agri Supply Chain and Experimental Biochemistry.

He ranked 4th in the National Information Technology Exam, Nashik, Maharashtra, and he published a review paper on “Compromise of Sensory attributes towards healthy and nutritious food- A case study on Aonla juice” in MESMAC International Conference. He also submitted a poster in the e-Poster Session during the Second International NIN Centenary Conference on Aligning food systems for healthy diet and improved nutrition.
